Hebrews 12:1, Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us’. (NLT)

Ephesians 4:22-24, ‘throw off your old sinful nature and your former way of life, which is corrupted by lust and deception. 23 Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. 24 Put on your new nature, created to be like God — truly righteous and holy’. (NLT)

Romans 12:1-2, And so, dear brothers and sisters,1 I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you.
